Things to do to get ready for you upcoming appointment
- We need patient history and vaccine records ahead of time to properly assess your pets health for their appointment. Please bring all vaccine history in early prior to your appointment or email them to LoftonCreekAnimalClinic@gmail.com. We don't mind getting pictures of them either.
- If you are a new client to LCAC, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork if you have not filled out the online forms.
